The Elgar Chorale
In concert at St Martin’s in the Cornmarket
11:00 am 30th May 2026
The Elgar Chorale of Worcester coffee time concert, has become a favourite event of Elgar Festival goers since the inaugural Festival in 2018.
We have performed Elgar’s music, together with that of contemporaries and other English composers from the Victorian, Edwardian and more modern periods.
This year we will be performing pieces including Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’ s, Te deum laudamus, Thea Musgrave’s Adam lay ybounden and Elgar’s So many true princesses and many more.
If you have time before your next Festival Event, why not stop for a few minutes afterwards and chat with the members of the choir over a cup of coffee and a slice of cake!
